Back-to-School Prayer

We love our students and our teachers! We want to pray over them on Sunday, August 9th in both the 9am and 11am service. Bring your kids and invite your friends to come receive prayer! Let’s set them up for a great school year!

Prayer & Fasting

August 9th – 21st

It’s time to get our hearts and minds prepared for the fall and leading into Nights of Revival – and the best way is to that is to spend time in prayer and fasting. Let’s join together as a body and put intimacy with the Lord above our will and honor the Lord during this time. If you have questions about how to fast or when to pray, please ask at the Welcome Table.

Community Prayer

August 19th @ 7PM

We’re coming together with our community of New Waverly to pray over the students and staff and the upcoming school year. Join us at New Waverly Elementary School for worship and prayer! You might want to carpool with others as there is limited parking at the school. We love our community!!

Life Group Leader Application

Life Group Semester Begins

Week of August 30th

Be watching for the new life groups to be made available as we will start a new semester of Life Groups the week of August 30th. Wednesday services will no longer meet as life groups happen all throughout the week in homes and coffee shops. You will love meeting together as the body of Christ!

Living Hope Ministry School

Living Hope Ministry School exists to build every believer into a minister – to better serve the body of Christ. This school uses the curriculum of Dr. Leon van Rooyen and Global Ministries and Relief, Inc as a basis for instruction. Meeting weekly on Mondays in-person, or weekly online, each class is taught on a personal level and includes memory verses, reading a chapter and a homework assignment to be completed online. Additional training is provided by staff of Alive Church. Classes start August 17th, 2026. For more information, follow the link below.

Nights of Revival

August 21st-23rd

It’s time for Nights of Revival and we are excited to host Pastor Reegis Richards! Make plans to be at Alive Church for these awesome services and extended times of worship. Friday, Aug 21st at 6:30pm – Saturday, Aug 22nd at 6:30pm and Sunday, Aug 23rd at 9:00am and 11:00am. You will not want to miss it!

Alive Women’s Conference – Beloved

September 11th-13th

Save the date for the annual Alive Women’s Conference! Registration is $75 and includes a T-shirt (before August 24th), snack, lunch on Saturday and so much more! There will be incredible worship, teaching and precious time with other ladies. Register today!
